Seasonal Live Content Correspondents Production Coordinator

Location: Onsite in Inglewood, California, United States; remote and hybrid options are not offered.

Salary: $30–$30 USD per hour

What you will do

• Support more than 100 Live Content Correspondents with the weekly capture and delivery of gameday and event content.
• Coordinate daily communications and maintain seamless production workflows with LCC contributors.
• Support annual contributor staffing and performance management across relevant markets.
• Coordinate with the Player Social team to expand content creation opportunities with hirify.global players.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on major events including the Super Bowl, Combine, Draft, and Pro Bowl.
• Track content publishing, consumption, engagement, and attributable revenue.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of production experience, preferably in social media content or production; broadcast, television, and theatrical backgrounds are also considered.
• A strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Working knowledge of pre-production and post-production workflows, equipment, and related technologies.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, resourcefulness, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays according to the hirify.global game and event schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience with Slack.
• Knowledge of social, digital, and broadcast television production dynamics.
• Thorough knowledge of the National Football League, its events, and storylines.
