Director of Product, G&C (AI)

Location: Remote, based in the United States. Office locations are available in San Francisco, New York City, London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, and Sydney.

What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap across trust, audit, and segmentation.
• Lead, hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management organization.
• Define product vision while balancing customer needs, scalability, quality, speed, and business outcomes.
• Drive the evolution toward an AI-first product, including agentic workflows and ecosystem integrations.
• Own outcomes related to revenue, enterprise adoption, customer satisfaction, and product growth.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other go-to-market teams on company-wide initiatives and launches.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience in high-growth or complex technology environments.
• 5+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing product teams.
• Experience scaling B2B SaaS products for SMB and enterprise customers.
• Proven ability to establish product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for complex, high-impact product areas.
• Strong strategic judgment, communication, collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with security, governance, risk, or compliance products is advantageous but not required.
