What you will do

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the horizontal marketplace across selected European markets.
• Drive customer-centric innovation focused on growth, retention, and monetization across buyer and seller journeys.
• Lead AI transformation and the incubation, development, and transition toward an agentic marketplace.
• Lead and develop a product organization of approximately 15 people while scaling strong product management practices.
• Partner with engineering, design, commercial, finance, and other senior stakeholders to align priorities and deliver business results.
• Identify strategic opportunities, improve cross-market products, and shape long-term category positioning.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading product teams in B2C or B2B2C environments, ideally marketplaces, e-commerce, or classifieds.
• Experience with two-sided marketplaces serving consumer buyers and sellers.
• Hands-on product management experience, including close collaboration with engineering and commercial stakeholders.
• Several years of experience hiring, mentoring, and directly managing Product Managers, ideally in teams of approximately 15 people.
• Experience working in cross-functional, multicultural teams across multiple markets and balancing strategic and near-term priorities.
• Experience developing and managing AI-based products, including both 0-to-1 and scaling phases.
