What you will do

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the horizontal marketplace across selected European markets.
• Drive growth, retention, monetization, and customer-centric innovation across buyer and seller journeys.
• Lead AI transformation and the incubation, development, and transition toward a fully agentic marketplace.
• Manage and develop a product organization of approximately 15 product managers and product leaders.
• Partner with engineering, design, commercial, finance, and senior leadership to align priorities and execute strategic opportunities.
• Establish scalable product management practices covering experimentation, documentation, opportunity discovery, and cross-market improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading product teams in B2C or B2B2C environments, ideally marketplaces, e-commerce, or classifieds.
• Strong hands-on product management experience with two-sided marketplaces and close collaboration with engineering and commercial stakeholders.
• Several years of experience hiring, mentoring, and directly managing product managers at different career stages.
• Experience leading teams of a similar size, working across multicultural and multi-market environments.
• Ability to balance long-term product vision with short- and medium-term business goals, including both 0-to-1 and scaling phases.
• Experience developing and managing AI-based products, with the ability to move between domains and sectors quickly.
