What you will do

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the horizontal marketplace domain.
• Drive growth, retention, and monetization across buyer and seller journeys.
• Lead AI transformation, including the incubation and transition to a fully agentic marketplace.
• Manage and develop a product organization of approximately 15 product managers and product leaders.
• Partner with engineering, design, commercial, finance, and senior leadership across multiple markets.
• Establish product management best practices covering experimentation, documentation, opportunity discovery, and execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading product teams in B2C or B2B2C environments, ideally marketplaces, e-commerce, or classifieds.
• Strong hands-on product management experience with products built in close partnership with engineering and commercial stakeholders.
• Several years of experience hiring, managing, mentoring, and developing product managers across career stages.
• Experience leading teams of a similar size, approximately 15 people, in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
• Experience developing and managing AI-based products, including both 0-to-1 and scaling phases.
• Ability to balance long-term product vision with short- and medium-term goals and adapt across domains and sectors.
