Director of Product (AI)

Location: Remote U.S.

Salary: $286K–$336K annual cash compensation, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap across trust, audit, and segmentation.
• Lead, hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing product management team.
• Develop an AI-first product strategy and enable agentic workflows within the product and external ecosystem.
• Define product vision and roadmaps with engineering, design, product marketing, and go-to-market teams.
• Own revenue, enterprise adoption, and customer satisfaction metrics for products and add-ons.
• Scale product capabilities and processes for a rapidly growing customer base.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience in high-growth and complex environments.
• 5+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience scaling B2B SaaS products for SMB and enterprise customers.
• Track record of defining product vision and business strategy for complex product areas.
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance ambiguity, data, speed, and iteration.
• Curiosity and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
