What you will do

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the horizontal marketplace domain.
• Drive customer-centric innovation across buyer and seller journeys, focusing on growth, retention, and monetization.
• Lead AI transformation and the incubation, development, and transition to a fully agentic marketplace.
• Lead and develop a product organization of approximately 15 people.
• Partner with engineering, design, commercial, finance, and senior business stakeholders across multiple markets.
• Identify strategic opportunities and scale product thinking, experimentation, documentation, and execution practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading product teams in B2C or B2B2C environments, ideally marketplaces, e-commerce, or classifieds.
• Hands-on product management experience, including building products and working closely with engineering and commercial teams.
• Several years of experience hiring, mentoring, and directly managing Product Managers and product leaders.
• Experience leading teams of a similar size, working across cross-functional and multicultural environments.
• Experience with both 0-to-1 product development and scaling established products.
• Experience developing and managing AI-based products, with the ability to balance long-term strategy and near-term priorities.
