Salary: $120,000–$148,000 USD annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual cash bonus.

What you will do

  • Execute competitive RFx and EPC sourcing processes, including bidder qualification, RFP preparation, proposal evaluation, levelization, BAFO processes, contractor recommendations, awards, and contract execution.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and identify, allocate, and mitigate cost, schedule, scope, performance, supply-chain, tariff, labor, permitting, and regulatory risks.
  • Develop and maintain EPC bid-levelization models covering pricing, schedules, assumptions, exclusions, allowances, escalation, equipment interfaces, and tariff exposure.
  • Coordinate EPC procurement and contract activities with Development, Engineering, Construction, Legal, Finance, Project Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with EPC contractors, gather market intelligence, and track contractor capacity, pricing, supply-chain constraints, policy changes, and technology developments.
  • Support project financing, contract administration, change management, process improvements, and alignment across project agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, procurement and supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least three years of relevant experience in EPC procurement, strategic sourcing, contracting, commercial management, or contract negotiations in renewable energy, infrastructure, or a related industry.
  • Experience supporting or managing competitive sourcing, commercial negotiations, contract development, or contractor selection for complex capital projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a solid understanding of contract language and negotiation.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% and manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail and commercial judgment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, OneNote, and document control.

Nice to have

  • Five or more years of relevant EPC procurement contracting experience.
  • Experience in wind, solar, and/or BESS EPC procurement.
