Associate Director, Procurement Integration Lead

Location: Hybrid; in-person attendance at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site. Approved locations: Chicago, Downers Grove, New York, Melville, Edison, or Boston, United States.

Base salary: $136,000–$204,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, business needs, geographic location, and internal equity.

What you will do

• Lead the global Procure to Pay process roll-out and ERP process transition across acquired entities.
• Translate the target operating model into entity-specific onboarding and implementation plans.
• Track adoption issues, risks, blockers, and integration progress, escalating critical items to procurement and firm leadership.
• Partner with category management, third-party risk, legal, independence, technology, and local leadership teams to drive adoption.
• Lead the transition roadmap toward an ERP/Ariba environment and identify automation and AI opportunities.
• Manage and develop Category Managers and Buyers/Analysts while supporting strategic sourcing, negotiations, and savings delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain/Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of procurement or category management experience, ideally including M&A or post-merger integration.
• Experience standing up or rolling out Procure to Pay or Source-to-Pay processes across a business.
• Demonstrated category management, strategic sourcing, negotiation, and savings delivery experience.
• Experience leading multi-entity or multi-site process roll-outs, including readiness tracking and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong analytical, technical, communication, governance reporting, and executive stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• SAP Ariba or S/4HANA experience.
• Experience in professional services or a multi-entity, acquisitive organization.
• Technology acumen and experience recommending automation opportunities.
