Salary: $158,000–$252,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead and scale direct and indirect procurement for approximately $100M in annual purchases.
• Develop category management strategies and sourcing initiatives that improve savings, profitability, and operational performance.
• Partner with finance, IT, and manufacturing leaders to improve and automate procure-to-pay processes.
• Develop supply chain risk management strategies that support quality and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee indirect purchasing services, inventory planning, supplier performance, and supplier relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in procurement operations and strategic sourcing.
• At least 7 years of experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology.
• Thorough understanding of ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
• Experience developing category strategies and sourcing programs for IT, capital expenditure, marketing, facilities, and services.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing, contract negotiation, and project leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
