Salary: $158,000–$252,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead and scale direct and indirect procurement to support business growth, profitability, and return on investment.
• Develop category strategies and sourcing initiatives that drive savings and operational improvements.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and Manufacturing leaders to improve the procure-to-pay process through automation, selective outsourcing, and strategic alliances.
• Develop supply chain risk mitigation strategies while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee indirect purchasing operations, inventory planning, purchasing service levels, and supplier performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Procurement team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in procurement operations and strategic sourcing.
• At least 7 years of experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology.
• Thorough understanding of ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
• Experience developing category strategies and sourcing programs for IT, capital expenditures, marketing, facilities, and services.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing, negotiation, and process improvement skills.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
