What you will do

• Lead and scale the procurement function to maximize business objectives, profitability, and ROI.
• Implement best practices in category management to drive cross-company savings and operational improvements.
• Partner with finance, IT, and manufacturing leaders to improve P2P processes and automation.
• Develop risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions and ensure ISO 13485/FDA compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team.
• Manage key supplier relationships and negotiate supply agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in procurement operations and strategic sourcing.
• 7+ years of experience in Medical Device, Pharma, or Biotech industries.
• Thorough understanding of ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
• Proven experience in category strategies for indirect procurement (IT, capex, marketing, facilities).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to influence at all levels.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
