What you will do

• Execute end-to-end sourcing for capital equipment and CAPEX projects, from strategy development to final selection.
• Lead RFQ processes, evaluate technical and commercial proposals, and manage supplier selection.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties, and service agreements to optimize total cost of ownership.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and site leadership to align technical requirements with business goals.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives through market analysis and benchmarking.
• Manage supplier performance for capital projects to ensure quality, delivery, and contractual compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
• Proven experience running RFQs and negotiating commercial terms for complex equipment or services.
• At least one year of experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Proficiency with ERP, S&OP, or payment systems for purchasing and contract workflow.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in St. Paul, Minnesota, USA.
