People Operations Partner

hirify.global is a California-based division of Honda Motor Co., Ltd. developing mobile application experiences to support Honda’s hybrid and electric vehicle business.

What you will do

• Coordinate recruiting activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and sourcing support.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to review candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate employee and candidate records in HR and recruiting systems.
• Support daily People Operations and respond to employee and manager inquiries.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Workplace Experience, and other teams to improve lifecycle processes and HRIS workflows.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, People Operations, HR coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and operate in a fast-paced global environment.
• Customer-focused approach with commitment to employee and candidate experience.
• High discretion when handling confidential information.
• Experience with HRIS and recruiting systems, ideally HiBob and Lever.

Nice to have

• Japanese proficiency.
