People Operations Coordinator

What you will do

• Own day-to-day people operations including IT provisioning, onboarding, and office management.
• Manage the local vehicle fleet and coordinate logistics for the Argentina and Uruguay teams.
• Build and document foundational processes for people operations in a new market.
• Partner with global teams in New Zealand and the US to ensure alignment on systems and culture.
• Create memorable team moments and support visiting executives to ensure effortless collaboration.
• Spend time in the field to gain a deep understanding of the business and support Territory Managers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Buenos Aires and available to work from the office five days a week.
• Fluent in Spanish and English to bridge communication between local and global teams.
• Strong operational mindset with a proven ability to execute in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• High level of empathy, discretion, and customer-service instinct.
• Ability to solve complex problems and build processes from scratch.
• No specific HR background required; focus is on delivery, curiosity, and operational excellence.
