What you will do

• Manage a pipeline of international IT projects, overseeing timelines, risks, and customer business expectations.
• Optimize delivery processes to ensure project efficiency and manage profitability and budgets.
• Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to align on business development and strategies.
• Conduct RFP analysis and prepare commercial proposals and technical solution evaluations for clients.
• Build, coach, and supervise project teams while continuously monitoring and improving performance metrics.
• Maintain project documentation and regular reporting for customers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT project management (planning, scheduling, risk and change management).
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Delivery Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, SDLC, and experience managing T&M and Fixed Price contracts.
• Technical background as a developer, architect, or system analyst.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or above required.
• Experience working across different domains such as fintech or healthcare.
