Delivery Manager

Salary: EUR 3400–5100 per month gross; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Manage a pipeline of international IT projects, including timelines, risks, business expectations, and delivery processes.
• Plan, control, and allocate project budgets while managing optimization and profitability.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and maintain customer reports and documentation.
• Analyze RFPs, evaluate proposed solutions, and prepare client-facing commercial proposals and presentations.
• Build, coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project teams while monitoring performance metrics.
• Communicate with customers about business development, strategies, and objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of IT project management experience, including planning, scheduling, communication, problem solving, change management, and risk management.
• 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and the software development life cycle.
• Experience managing projects under Time & Materials and Fixed Price contracts.
• Good technical knowledge of software development roles and disciplines, such as development, architecture, and systems analysis.
• Excellent planning, leadership, communication, negotiation, client relationship, and requirements management skills; Upper-Intermediate English or above.

• Experience working across different domains such as fintech, healthcare, retail, telecom, media and entertainment, logistics, travel and hospitality, or eCommerce.
