What you will do

• Drive end-to-end delivery execution for enterprise data and analytics initiatives.
• Partner with product and technical leaders to manage roadmaps, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
• Lead Agile delivery operations, including sprint planning, backlog readiness, and flow metrics.
• Coordinate program-level release management, dependency tracking, and go-live readiness.
• Establish quality controls and delivery governance to ensure audit-ready execution.
• Communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in digital product delivery or Scrum Master roles.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Technical knowledge working with engineering and IT teams.
• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Advanced ScrumMaster certification required within 1 year of hire.

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries.
• Experience with data platform, analytics, or AI/ML initiatives.
