Delivery Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, aligned to UK hub locations; London is listed as a hub location, with applications welcomed from outside these areas.

What you will do

• Manage internal and external resources to support successful initial customer deployments.
• Establish appropriate governance and benefit measures across delivery and post-launch support.
• Ensure adherence to internal delivery best practices and lead continual planning processes.
• Optimize team flow, address delivery issues, and build agile capabilities.
• Manage a business analyst and a Customer Engineer.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and maintain continuous engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in agile project management and successful implementation of agile methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong understanding of technology, especially AI and data science products.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving work environment and a continuous learning mindset.
• Fluency in English and the ability to communicate across technical and non-technical boundaries.

Nice to have

• Successful remote-working experience.
• Agile certification such as CSM, TKP, KMP, or KCP.
• Experience with distributed teams or AI and data science products.
• Insurance industry knowledge.
• German or French language skills.
