Senior Delivery Manager, Team Lead (AI)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; travel to client sites may be required up to 25%.

What you will do

• Manage large, complex enterprise projects and programs from initial communication through completion using agile principles.
• Lead cross-functional engagements spanning cloud, data, analytics, AI, application development, digital experience, and strategy.
• Gather requirements, estimate work, define milestones, manage scope, finances, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
• Run standups, scrum ceremonies, status meetings, retrospectives, and continuous-improvement reporting.
• Maintain customer relationships, resolve concerns, manage escalations, and communicate project status to stakeholders and executives.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and support the growth and performance of delivery management team members.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience as an Engagement Manager or in an equivalent technology implementation role, including large enterprise engagements and programs.
• At least 2 years of experience mentoring, coaching, or formally leading a team is strongly preferred.
• Consulting experience and executive communication skills are required.
• Strong understanding of software development and cloud technologies; GCP experience is a plus.
• Experience managing multiple projects, translating client requirements into system functionality and outcomes, and handling technical designs, risks, and high-stakes situations.
• Scrum or Agile certification and knowledge of enterprise delivery frameworks such as SAFe and Waterfall; familiarity with JIRA, Google Workspace, Mavenlink, or Asana.

• Experience with GCP.
• Interest in building regional delivery management teams.
