What you will do

• Lead the shift from traditional project-based delivery to AI-accelerated, automated, and repeatable service delivery.
• Design and implement a standardized global delivery operating model with consistent governance and execution.
• Modernize the delivery technology landscape by integrating automation and agentic AI capabilities.
• Build delivery capabilities to support AI transformation engagements and outcome-based managed services.
• Optimize the global delivery workforce model, including service center utilization and cross-regional allocation.
• Drive delivery margins through utilization management and cost-to-serve optimization.

Requirements

• Proven experience redesigning global delivery models for scale and automation in a services business.
• Deep expertise in operating model design, governance frameworks, and methodology standards.
• Strong understanding of delivery economics, margin management, and project financial mechanics.
• Ability to design AI-ready processes and implement agentic AI workflows.
• Experience in global capacity planning and workforce modeling.
• Must be based in Europe to align with regional delivery requirements.
