Program Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Buffalo, New York, United States

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually

hirify.global Aircraft Group develops advanced flight control and actuation systems for commercial and military aircraft, with this role supporting the Commercial Aftermarket Group.

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate complex commercial aftermarket programs while ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
• Deliver program objectives within approved scope, schedule, cost, and budget constraints.
• Develop detailed program plans and monitor cost, schedule, task completion, and production line-of-balance status.
• Coordinate operations, supply chain, engineering, management, and customer activities.
• Lead or support proposal teams and business capture campaigns to sustain and expand the book of business.
• Resolve program issues through day-to-day communication with customers, management, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
• At least five years of program management or similar experience, preferably in aerospace and engineering.
• Experience managing multiple programs and development program schedules, costs, and risks.
• Knowledge of project management tools, including Earned Value Management.
• Experience with reporting, production program line of balance, proposal development, contract negotiation, and cross-functional operations.
• Requires access to US export-controlled information.
