Operations Program Manager (Aerospace)

Salary: $95,000–$245,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Lead program execution across development, build, integration, testing, and delivery of complex hardware.
• Own cost, schedule, technical performance, customer expectations, and program performance baselines.
• Develop resource allocation plans and coordinate engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and functional teams.
• Identify and manage program risks, opportunities, issues, changes, deliverables, and operational readiness.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, lead reviews, support contract negotiations, and develop customer partnerships.
• Oversee quality assurance, quality control, proposals, competitive captures, reporting, and business-cycle activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related technical field preferred.
• At least 5 years of professional project or program management experience in the commercial or defense industry.
• Experience with government projects or programs and direct internal or external customer interfaces.
• Knowledge of program management processes such as EVMS, IMP/IMS, and risk, opportunity, and issue management.
• Strong communication, presentation, networking, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Selected applicants must obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
