Program Manager 1 - Electronic Systems

Salary: $95,000–$245,000 per year base salary

What you will do

• Lead program capture, development, planning, and execution across electronic systems and microelectronics programs.
• Own cost, schedule, technical performance, contractual deliverables, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage multidisciplinary program teams, resource allocation, performance baselines, reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify and manage program risks, opportunities, issues, budgets, schedules, and quality requirements.
• Build and strengthen relationships with national security sponsors and support business development and technology expansion.
• Coordinate win strategies, competitive captures, compliant proposals, contract negotiations, reporting, and changes.

Requirements

• Five years of professional experience in project or program management in the commercial or defense industry.
• Experience managing complex technical R&D or USG/DoD programs with direct customer interfaces.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management, Integrated Master Plans or Schedules, and risk, opportunity, and issue management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related technical field preferred.
• Strong written, spoken, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Current and in-scope Top Secret clearance required, with the ability to obtain program-specific accesses and maintain a US government security clearance.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with USG technology transition activities.
• Deep understanding of DoD or IC customer culture, missions, and national security challenges.
• Relevant military experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
