Summer Intern 2027 (Fintech)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid. Remote work is available on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office collaboration on the other weekdays.

Salary: £50,000 per annum.

What you will do

• Analyze complex datasets to generate insights and drive changes in lending strategy.
• Use data and modeling to support NPV assumptions, including future default-rate predictions.
• Apply analytics to determine customer lending eligibility and loan amounts as economic and competitive conditions change.
• Conduct hypothesis testing to improve lending strategy, pricing, and fraud detection.
• Present findings to senior leaders and collaborate with product and technology teams to implement them.

Requirements

• University student in the penultimate year of an undergraduate, master’s, or PhD program.
• Python or SQL coding skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability, with experience working with complex datasets and drawing insights.
• Natural curiosity and willingness to investigate how systems work.
• Interest in working in an entrepreneurial, fast-growth startup environment.
