TL;DR
Data Analyst (AI Cloud): Building and maintaining data pipelines into Databricks and Power BI while producing trusted revenue, occupancy, billing, pipeline, and commission reporting with an accent on data reconciliation and automation. Focus on investigating root causes, validating business figures, modeling pricing and deal economics, and supporting decisions across a GPU cloud and AI infrastructure business.

What you will do
- Build and maintain pipelines that bring revenue, occupancy, billing, and pipeline data into Databricks and Power BI.
- Automate manual data processes and own daily revenue and GPU fleet occupancy reporting.
- Reconcile customer usage with billing, including power draw, utilisation, asset registers, and credits.
- Support commission calculations and provide visibility into pipeline health, conversion, and churn.
- Model pricing options and deal economics to support investment decisions.
- Validate figures and help colleagues use BI tools and data confidently.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role involving data extraction, integration, or automation.
- Strong SQL and Excel skills.
- Solid Power BI experience, including reconciling figures from different sources.
- Hands-on experience with a CRM such as HubSpot and with AI tools for analysis and workflow development.
- A root-cause mindset with the ability to identify underlying issues and propose solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience with Databricks.
- Exposure to billing, revenue assurance, or commission processes in a cloud, SaaS, or usage-based business.
- Experience with financial modelling or FP&A.
- Experience in a high-growth company where data processes were still being developed.
