Electronics Warehouse Technician

Location: Onsite in Leawood, Kansas, United States

Salary: $15.00–$17.00 per hour

What you will do

• Test, diagnose, repair, refurbish, disassemble, and reassemble Toughbooks and Toughpads.
• Perform memory upgrades, logo badge installation, asset tagging, hardware diagnostics, and kitting.
• Receive and process products from vendors and customers, stock inventory, and arrange shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct audits, and resolve discrepancies.
• Inspect completed work for quality and keep the deployment department clean and orderly.
• Provide shipping support and assist other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electronic components such as hard drives, memory, and AC adapters.
• Ability to read and interpret parts diagrams and technical manuals.
• Working knowledge of Windows and ability to learn new applications and programs.
• Good organizational, decision-making, communication, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift or move objects weighing 20 to 70 pounds; valid authorization to work in the United States is required.
