Insurance and Asset Management Finance & Risk Team – Associate or Engagement Manager – UK & Continental Europe (Finance & Risk)

Location: London, Munich, or Amsterdam. Hybrid work with at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients.

What you will do

• Lead consulting projects for insurers and asset managers within the Finance & Risk practice.
• Guide teams through structured problem-solving from initial ideas to practical, cohesive recommendations.
• Combine strategic thought leadership with strong technical and operational execution.
• Manage project teams, mentor junior colleagues, and build effective client relationships.
• Communicate recommendations clearly in formal and informal settings.

Requirements

• At least three years of relevant experience at a top-tier consulting firm or a large insurer.
• Expertise in insurance and asset management, with knowledge of finance and/or risk management.
• Knowledge of Solvency II, UK internal models, and credit risk modelling.
• Proven project and team management experience, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
