Engagement Manager VAP (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Lead EVAP client engagements and act as the primary client contact and internal team lead.
• Guide project teams in developing strategically sound, actionable recommendations for evidence, value, market access, and pricing questions.
• Coordinate workstreams, collaborate with project managers and leadership, and oversee project outputs.
• Create and present research materials, interim deliverables, and final client reports.
• Support business development by designing project methodologies, timelines, budgets, and proposals.
• Train and mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal professional development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement.
• 5+ years of experience as a top performer at a top-tier biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical strategy consulting firm.
• Working knowledge of advanced consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under deadline pressure.

Nice to have

• A major in health sciences, economics, or HEOR.
• Demonstrated interest in life sciences.
