What you will do

• Drive key initiatives in the delivery of UK DB Pensions advice to clients.
• Build and maintain direct relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of new business with existing and prospective clients.
• Lead and delegate responsibilities to junior colleagues on technical projects.
• Perform actuarial valuations and calculations for Trustees.
• Develop pensions strategies and provide advice on insurance transactions and scheme consolidation.

Requirements

• Qualified pensions actuary (FIA/FFA) or significant UK DB pensions experience.
• Must be based in the UK to support a hybrid work model.
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex problems simply.
• Strong project management and client delivery skills.
• Experience in performance management and supporting the development of others.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on business development.
