Graduate Analyst (Fintech)

Location: London, UK; hybrid. Work from home is available on Mondays and Fridays, with office attendance expected on the other weekdays.

Salary: £50,000 per year plus share options.

What you will do

• Generate insights from complex datasets to influence business strategy and drive meaningful change.
• Use data and financial modelling to ground assumptions in the NPV model, including future default-rate predictions.
• Use analytics to guide lending decisions, including customer eligibility and lending amounts.
• Conduct hypothesis testing across lending strategy, pricing, and fraud detection.
• Present findings to senior leaders and collaborate with product and technology teams on implementation.

Requirements

• Graduate degree.
• Strong numerical ability and confidence working with complex datasets.
• Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and solve problems.
• Natural curiosity and willingness to investigate how things work.
