What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of fraud analysts.
  • Develop and optimize transactional fraud strategies to identify emerging threats and reduce losses.
  • Partner with Fraud, Operations, Technology, Product, Risk, and Change teams to deliver effective controls.
  • Collaborate with the Fraud Platform team to enhance detection capabilities and support card platform migrations.
  • Influence fraud strategy using industry insights and strong internal/external relationship management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience within Transactional Fraud Strategy in Financial Services.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using data to deliver actionable insights.
  • Experience working with fraud detection, prevention, or decisioning systems.
  • Previous people leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Must be based in London for hybrid work.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Credit Card or Retail Finance.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end card processing and payment fraud.
  • Experience working on large-scale technology transformation or migration programmes.
  • Exposure to Fraud Intelligence activities, industry forums, or external fraud networks.
