Risk Advisory Intern (AI)

Location: Philadelphia, PA, United States; hybrid with in-person attendance at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site.

What you will do

• Assess business and information technology processes, systems, internal controls, and operating programs.
• Support enterprise, operational, third-party risk management, compliance, and internal audit projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and support SOX, regulatory compliance, and internal audit engagements.
• Collect and analyze data, identify trends, and visualize results using analytics solutions.
• Use automation, artificial intelligence, and other technology aids to improve project delivery and client services.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients, manage assigned responsibilities, identify risks, and recommend process and control improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Analytical, communication, presentation, interpersonal, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective project and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Availability to travel at least 25% and work additional hours as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Interest in pursuing a CPA, PMP, CISA, CIA, CISSP, CAMS, CISM, or another relevant certification.
