What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic portfolio plans using statistical analysis to identify risk patterns.
• Deploy AI-assisted tools and automation to reduce manual workflows within the risk organization.
• Design advanced dashboards in Tableau or AWS QuickSight to visualize performance for leadership.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships, tracking ROI and performance metrics.
• Drive cross-functional alignment by maintaining project trackers and communicating strategic recommendations.
• Oversee governance and audit documentation to ensure rigorous reporting standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management, portfolio analytics, or program management within financial services or fintech.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs with autonomy over timelines and deliverables.
• Hands-on experience with vendor management, including ROI tracking and audit logging.
• Strong working knowledge of payment products and risk management principles.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data collection and analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience evaluating or deploying AI/LLM-powered assistants for operational optimization.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or similar continuous improvement experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
