Program Analyst, Issuing Solutions – Product Governance/Risk Management (Payments)

Location: US - Denver, CO; at least 3 days in the office are required

Salary: $89,200–$138,600 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Maintain risk registers, control inventories, regulatory obligation repositories, governance documentation, and related records.
• Support Risk Control Self-Assessments, control monitoring, incident tracking, and emerging-risk analysis.
• Track issues, action plans, remediation milestones, and target dates, and report their status.
• Coordinate evidence packages, documentation requests, and stakeholder responses for audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory examinations.
• Produce governance dashboards, key risk indicator reports, executive summaries, committee materials, and recurring reporting.
• Support governance reviews for new products, services, features, and significant changes, while improving workflows, data quality, reporting, and automation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s or advanced degree.
• Experience in risk management, governance, compliance, audit, business operations, financial services, payments, technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of operational risk, regulatory compliance, control frameworks, internal controls, issue management, RCSAs, or audit processes.
• Ability to work from the Denver office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with payments, banking, fintech, issuer processing, card products, digital payments, or payment technology solutions.
• Experience supporting governance committees, executive reporting, metrics reporting, or risk dashboards.
• Experience with or strong interest in AI-enabled governance, reporting, process automation, and decision-making solutions.
