Senior Analyst (Third-Party Risk Management)

What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert on third-party risk management policies, standards, systems, and vendor lifecycle requirements.
• Review, validate, approve, and monitor vendor onboarding, offboarding, and oversight workflows.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries and advise divisions on vendor management processes and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with compliance, technology, quality assurance, data analytics, tooling, transformation, and risk management partners.
• Maintain an organized book of work while completing workflow tasks accurately and within deadlines.
• Identify operational gaps and contribute to process, framework, and service improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record.
• 1–3 years of experience in risk management, third-party risk management, or global risk program design.
• Strong risk management and control mindset with sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, work independently, and deliver under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and consensus-building skills.
• Ability to coordinate complex activities across global, cross-functional teams.

• Additional third-party risk management experience.
