What you will do

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to identify process bottlenecks and reduce operational costs.
• Provide operational risk management and oversight for account opening workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with Compliance to define and implement policies that minimize market or earnings risk.
• Partner with engineering teams to design system enhancements for efficiency on global initiatives.
• Manage relationships with institutional clients, facilitating trading setups and coordinating front-to-back workflows.
• Perform due diligence and comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations to prevent financial crimes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 2 years of experience in client services, operations, or a related analytical role.
• Experience analyzing large data sets (10,000+ lines) and synthesizing them into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Data Warehousing, or RPA.
• Knowledge of operational risk mitigation and KYC regulatory requirements.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL, United States.
