Finance Business Partner (Finance Manager)

Location: Hybrid role with regular in-office work; candidates must reside in the greater Vancouver–Portland metropolitan area.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience, plus a $75/month cell phone allowance and performance-based incentive plan.

What you will do

• Oversee financial management, planning, systems, controls, KPIs, income statements, balance sheets, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and charts of accounts for assigned members.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial review processes for member practices.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and operational goals, providing actionable advice.
• Partner with members to define and track short- and long-term financial goals aligned with business objectives.
• Implement, track, and evaluate financial tools and support platforms.
• Prepare and present financial details and summaries to leadership, teammates, members, and shared services.

Requirements

• Five years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field with a direct impact on financial strategy or results preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of finance and accounting in a business setting.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information and advice in a relatable, actionable manner.
• Strong business acumen, tactical finance knowledge, strategic perspective, and experience consulting with business leaders.
• Advanced Excel skills; availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with travel up to 25%.
