Finance Business Partner (Finance Manager)

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually, plus performance-based incentives and cell phone allowance.

What you will do

• Oversee financial management, systems, and controls including KPIs, income statements, and balance sheets for assigned members.
• Lead and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial review processes.
• Advise members on financial performance against operational goals.
• Develop short-term and long-term financial strategies aligned with member interests.
• Implement and evaluate financial tools and support platforms.
• Deliver financial summaries and insights to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must reside in the greater Vancouver–Portland metropolitan area.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L, and general ledger activity.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience consulting with business leaders and navigating complex situations.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information in a relatable manner.
• Five years of experience in finance or accounting preferred.
