Finance Manager - PACS Mature Markets (Financial Planning and Analysis): Leading financial analysis, P&L ownership, forecasting, and performance reviews for the PACS Mature Markets business unit with an accent on business partnering, profitability analysis, and executive decision support. Focus on connecting operational activities to financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and improving finance tools and processes.
Location: Galway, Ireland. Applicants must already be legally authorized to reside and work in Ireland; international relocation and remote work outside Ireland are not considered.

What you will do
- Lead day-to-day financial analysis for the PACS Mature Markets business unit.
- Own the unit’s full P&L, including sales, direct materials, FPC, SG&A, and allocated costs.
- Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, month-end close collaboration, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reviews, financial plans, forecasts, and executive presentations.
- Partner with business leaders on strategic initiatives, profitability analysis, risks, opportunities, and financial commitments.
- Manage one accounting resource for a recently acquired entity and support the development of finance team members.
Requirements
- B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least five years of experience across a broad range of financial responsibilities.
- Experience as a finance business partner working with multifunctional teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, influencing, prioritization, and autonomous work-management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle analytical platforms or other data warehouse tools.
- Fluent written and verbal English and current legal authorization to work in Ireland are required; immigration sponsorship is not available.
