International Care Advocate (UK)

Location: Remote, UK region; working hours are 9am–5pm local time

Salary: £33,000–£38,478 per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Conduct introductory video appointments and manage a high volume of member interactions.
• Answer product and care-navigation questions, provide personalized recommendations, and deliver education and resources.
• Navigate healthcare networks, investigate available support, identify referral needs, and coordinate with Maven providers.
• Coordinate with Care Delivery, Customer Support, Provider, Product, and other cross-functional teams to provide timely access to care and close the loop on outstanding items.
• Provide education on local healthcare systems and create in-person resource lists for members.
• Anticipate social determinants of health needs and contribute to cross-functional projects that improve member experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and other languages, verbally and in writing
• Background in allied health, human services, or healthcare.
• 1–2+ years of direct patient care or digital health experience.
• Experience communicating empathetically with patients and achieving engagement, satisfaction, and productivity KPIs.
• Ability to work flexibly in a remote environment, learn new technologies, and navigate systems such as Google Workspace, CRM platforms, EHRs, and Zendesk.
• Problem-solving skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in family planning, maternal-child health, pregnancy, postpartum care, options counseling, menopause, adoption, or surrogacy.
• Healthcare-related certification or licensure.
• Fluency in healthcare terminology in English and other languages.
