Location: Must be based in Mexico or Colombia

What you will do

• Communicate with patients and caregivers via phone and email regarding pre-approval treatment access.
• Search global trial databases using AI tools to identify relevant treatment options.
• Capture and record medical data accurately in the internal platform.
• Pre-screen patients for specific clinical trials.
• Engage with the medical community to raise awareness about the platform.
• Identify operational trends and contribute to improving recruitment and pre-screening strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related fields.
• 2-5+ years of experience in patient navigation, clinical research, or healthcare communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in using CRM and healthcare databases.
• Ability to explain complex medical information in simple terms.
• Patient-centric mindset with strong attention to detail and data confidentiality.

Nice to have

• Experience with patient care in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of clinical trials and expanded access programs.
• Certifications in Good Clinical Practice or as a Certified Patient Navigator.
