Senior Technical Project Manager (Region Delivery)

Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform for data processing, model training, and production deployment, covering compute, storage, networking, GPU orchestration, and inference optimization.

What you will do

• Own region and GPU cluster deployment projects from kickoff through production handover.
• Coordinate capacity acceptance, including infrastructure availability, quota allocation, monitoring, alerting, and documented sign-off.
• Coordinate acceptance testing across compute, storage, networking, and GPU engineering teams, clarifying ownership.
• Act as the escalation point during live deployments and resolve hardware, provisioning, and capacity blockers.
• Define team contracts and responsibilities, improve documentation, and reduce cross-team ambiguity.
• Drive automation of repetitive deployment and acceptance-testing work and provide structured status communications.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading technical projects or engineering teams, ideally in infrastructure, cloud, or datacenter environments.
• Ability to coordinate multiple engineering teams and drive alignment without formal authority.
• Calm, decisive communication during live incidents and high-pressure deployments.
• Strong focus on clear ownership and documentation.
• Fluent English required.
