Location: Hybrid in Rotterdam, Netherlands (2 office days required)

What you will do

• Own the Marketplace Operations project portfolio, driving team consolidation and tooling rollouts across Rotterdam and Cergy.
• Act as the primary operational counterpart for Product, Tech, and Sales to translate frontline needs into clear requirements.
• Optimize the Fin AI support agent, managing knowledge base quality, workflow design, and resolution rates.
• Manage the telephony stack, including vendor selection and hands-on IVR and queue configuration.
• Identify repetitive tasks and build lightweight no-code/low-code solutions to improve team efficiency.
• Partner with department heads and the Training & Quality Manager to provide structure and delivery capacity.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in project/program or operations management.
• Experience in a marketplace, SaaS, or high-volume customer operations environment.
• Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing AI support agents (e.g., Intercom Fin).
• Ability to prototype solutions using no-code/low-code automation or scripting.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills to bridge Operations, Product, and Tech.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Comfort with data, including SQL and dashboards.
• Fluency in French.
