Technical Project Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with on-site work at the St. Gallen office once a week; remaining days offer location flexibility within Switzerland.

What you will do

• Own the operational lifecycle of partner integrations, including contracts, SOWs, SLAs, payments, renewals, environments, and tooling access.
• Run development cadences, track milestones, resolve blockers, and coordinate QA and formal acceptance of partner deliverables.
• Support partner launches with documentation, enablement materials, launch readiness, go-to-market coordination, and post-launch issue triage.
• Scope and manage internal technical projects that create AI-first workflows and improve organizational efficiency.
• Own integrations across internal tools such as Slite, Linear, Figma, Claude, and other platforms.
• Identify operational and technical gaps, introduce lightweight processes, and improve collaboration between systems and teams.

Requirements

• Ability to work on-site in the St. Gallen office once a week.
• Strong execution, ownership, organization, follow-through, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to connect Product Management, Product Design, Product Marketing, partners, and other teams.
• Understanding of API concepts, authentication flows, and large language model tooling.
• Hands-on experience with low-code and integration tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier, or willingness to develop this expertise.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, control scope against SOWs, hold partners accountable, and escalate commercial challenges when needed.
