What you will do

• Own the operational lifecycle of partner integrations, including contracts, SOWs, and SLAs.
• Run development cadences, manage milestones, and coordinate QA processes for partner deliverables.
• Scope and manage projects to build AI-first internal workflows and improve tool stack connectivity.
• Identify operational gaps and proactively implement solutions to increase efficiency.
• Bridge partner launches into go-to-market activities and manage ongoing maintenance.
• Influence stakeholders across Product, Design, and Marketing to ensure project alignment and execution.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in St. Gallen, Switzerland, at least once a week.
• Proven experience as an effective implementer who turns plans into outcomes.
• Strong understanding of API concepts, authentication flows, and LLM tooling.
• Hands-on experience with low-code/automation tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to balance routine operational tasks with open-ended project work independently.

• Experience managing commercial challenges and pushing back on scope creep.
• Background in introducing lightweight processes to improve team outcomes.
