What you will do

• Manage end-to-end immigration cases from initiation and document collection through filing, approval, and closure.
• Guide employees and internal stakeholders throughout immigration cases and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor immigration law, policies, and processes, translating changes into practical guidance.
• Coordinate immigration processes across multiple countries while meeting local legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain case records, milestones, deadlines, and documents in JIRA and HiBob.
• Manage provider relationships, invoices, KPIs, feedback, and cost analysis to improve service quality and program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply and provide proof of employment eligibility.
• Experience managing end-to-end immigration cases in the Netherlands, preferably across consultancy and industry environments.
• Strong understanding of immigration best practices and processes, including changing regulations, delays, and urgent cases.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working across multiple countries and cultures.
