TL;DR
Product Regulatory Compliance Analyst (AI) (Chemical Compliance): Removing regulatory compliance barriers across product development and distribution for Label and Graphic Materials products with an accent on chemical risk assessment, regulatory interpretation, and product stewardship systems. Focus on building compliance databases, evaluating adhesive raw materials, and communicating technical requirements to customers, regulators, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Location: Hybrid role based at the European Headquarters in Oegstgeest, Netherlands
Salary: €44,800–€71,680 gross per year

What you will do
- Act as the primary contact for regulatory compliance questions from customers and markets.
- Support the implementation of product compliance systems, policies, and programs.
- Help build and maintain the Product Stewardship database.
- Collaborate with Technical Sales, Marketing, R&D, Legal, Operations, EHS, customers, test institutes, legal firms, and government agencies.
- Conduct chemical risk assessments and approve improved chemical raw material choices for adhesive formulations.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in product stewardship, regulatory, or compliance roles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Toxicology, Pharmacy, Food Science, or a related discipline, or relevant regulatory education.
- Knowledge of engineering or regulatory requirements, with the ability to explain technical specifications and regulations to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical, communication, structured, and detail-oriented skills.
- Proficient written and spoken English required.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience using AI to manage data and compliance.
- Experience with REACH and chemical compliance frameworks such as PPWR, POP, and CLP.
