What you will do

• Expand and manage a portfolio of retail locations in the New York City area to maximize KPIs and service quality.
• Drive financial success and profitability while delivering value to customers.
• Standardize operational best practices to reduce variability and raise performance across the network.
• Pilot new services leveraging the hirify.global ecosystem (QuickBooks, Credit Karma) to transition the store model into a year-round financial destination.
• Use data and Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights to enhance expert and customer experiences.
• Conduct regular on-site visits for coaching, training, and quality monitoring of front-line experts.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in formal leadership or people management.
• Proven project management experience.
• Ability to scale operations in fast-paced, growth-oriented and ambiguous environments.
• Strong analytical skills for performance management and data-driven decision-making.
• Must be based in or able to maintain a 60% presence in the New York City field.

• Experience managing multiple retail locations.
• Credentialed tax professional licensed to practice before the IRS or understanding of IRS procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant tax or personal finances field of study.
