What you will do

• Manage a department through subordinate managers, overseeing 30+ full-time employees and driving departmental strategy.
• Oversee daily operations, strategic planning, quality standards, legal and regulatory compliance, and investor guidelines where applicable.
• Resolve disputed transactions, negotiate with customers, and handle escalated customer matters as the final management escalation point.
• Lead portfolio acquisition activities and oversee month-end reporting, variance analysis, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate and approve process, procedure, and policy changes to improve efficiency, optimize resources, and reduce expenditures.
• Maintain risk controls, address audit and regulatory findings, and escalate operational risks to senior management.

Requirements

• A combined total of 10 years of higher education and relevant work experience in a call center or bank operations environment.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience, including experience managing through subordinate managers.
• Excellent customer service skills with tact and diplomacy.
• Strong knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software.
• Ability to manage complex, risk-sensitive workflows independently and handle conflict effectively.
