What you will do

• Own product change management, including unreleased product approvals, ECO approvals, and PCN implementation.
• Maintain accuracy of customer-shipped configurations and bills of materials through configuration reviews, BOM validation, and NSR approvals.
• Own common module and component roadmaps, including obsolescence management, replacements, alternative vendors, and cost reduction.
• Align product strategies across internal organizations, including pricing, spare-level contents, restricted part orders, roadmap planning, and market proliferation.
• Manage strategic vendor issues and all engineering, quality, safety, customer-driven, and supply-related product changes after release.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant discipline, with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, competitive factors, and how the function integrates with other business areas.
• Ability to solve complex problems using multiple sources of information and sound judgment.
• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus across teams.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
