Product Manager (Semiconductor Automation - Vacuum Robots)

Location: Chelmsford, Massachusetts, United States; work arrangements may include a mix of in-office and remote work depending on role and business needs.

Base salary: $132,456.81–$179,206.28 USD annually, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and execute product strategies, specifications, and comprehensive roadmaps for vacuum robotics.
• Own the product portfolio and lifecycle from concept through enhancements, obsolescence, and end-of-life.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitive trends, and identify customer and technology opportunities.
• Gather voice-of-customer insights and translate requirements into product priorities and features.
• Coordinate sales, marketing, engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams through product launches.
• Manage value propositions, pricing, budgets, revenue targets, product quality, and reliability improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering-related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of product management experience using the product management lifecycle.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and the semiconductor equipment industry.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 20%.
• Employment eligibility in the United States is verified through E-Verify.
