Salary: $111,000 - $157,500

What you will do

• Hold full responsibility for a product line through entire lifecycle, from sunrise to sunset.
• Establish go-to-market plans, balance customer/business needs, and collaborate on pricing, promotion, and features.
• Develop technical/business requirements and user stories to drive engineering, operations, and program management.
• Prioritize projects, manage portfolio balance, interface with customers, and support budgeting/R&D.
• Assess market opportunities/risks, review performance metrics, and ensure alignment with new product introductions.
• Protect ITAR-sensitive data and drive continuous improvement in processes.

Requirements

• U.S. person per ITAR (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee/refugee)
• Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent + 8-12 years in technical development.
• Experience in R&D, product sustainment, UAS systems, managing projects/budgets/P&L.
• Proven ownership, self-starter with defense products/customers experience.
• Managing others, computer proficiency, critical thinking.
