About the Role

You will help define and deliver authentication and authorization capabilities, ensuring that critical systems remain reliable, performant, and scalable. You will code, review designs, participate in technical discussions, coach engineers, maintain high engineering standards, and manage stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams
• Experience delivering impactful scalable solutions
• Strong software engineering foundation
• Deep system design skills
• Hands-on experience with Java Postgres and Redis
• Experience with critical high-load distributed systems
• Hands-on and collaborative working style
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills
• Growth mindset

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver authentication and authorization capabilities
• Ensure reliability performance and scalability of critical systems
• Write code and participate in technical discussions
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to system design
• Mentor and coach engineers
• Set and maintain high-quality engineering standards
• Foster ownership autonomy collaboration and accountability
• Manage stakeholders across the organization
