What you will do

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for IAM systems, including authentication and authorization protocols.

• Partner with engineering and product leadership to embed identity solutions across the platform.

Requirements

• 9+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of formal engineering leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record building and managing high-performing, scalable engineering teams.
• Experience designing and building large-scale distributed systems with high security requirements.
• Ability to drive cross-functional security initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
